Most brokerages go live in four to six weeks, including data migration and market connection setup. Enterprise rollouts are scoped individually.
Can you migrate data from our current system?
Yes. We migrate clients, policies, documents, and open items from all common agency systems as part of onboarding. It's included in every plan.
What are the contract terms?
Monthly plans run month to month; annual plans are billed once a year at a lower effective rate. Enterprise agreements are typically multi-year with custom terms.
Are market connections extra?
Starter includes one market connection; additional markets are available as priced add-ons. Professional and Enterprise include unlimited connections; bespoke integrations to niche markets are scoped with our team.
Where is our data hosted?
In ISO 27001-certified data centers in the EU, with encryption in transit and at rest. Enterprise plans can choose the hosting region.
