Important Notes

  1. Only your registered Cochlear processor (Nucleus, Osia, or Baha) is covered.

  2. Coverage includes one repair or replacement per insurance year.

  3. A standard franchise applies depending on your device model (€400–€500).

  4. Claims must be reported within 5 days and theft/loss must be reported to the authorities within 48 hours.
